Associate Creative Director – Growth (Performance Creative & Design)

Location: Noida (On-site) | Experience: 8–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance creative strategy to drive customer acquisition and improve campaign metrics (CAC, CTR, ROAS, VTR, etc.).
• Manage and mentor cross-functional creative teams: Design, Copywriting, Production, and Post-Production.
• Design high-converting static performance creatives and set the visual quality benchmark.
• Build and implement AI-powered creative workflows using Gen AI tools for scalable content production.
• Oversee creative testing (A/B testing), performance analysis, and creative optimization.
• Guide script development for Performance Ads, UGC, and Influencer content.
