Associate - Corporate M&A

Location: This position is in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Cleveland office of our client is seeking a business transactions associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Chambers-ranked Business Group.



The candidate would work with our regional, national, and multinational clients primarily as a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice team. We represent clients in a variety of industries and in a variety of corporate transactions, including buy- and sell-side acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalisations, partnerships, joint ventures, and capital raising, primarily in the private markets.



Our clients include public and private companies, as well as private equity firms and family offices. We are looking for a proactive candidate with strong training and experience who is interested in significant client contact and running transactions with the support of a first-rate, tight-knit team of partners and associates.<...
