About the Role

Key responsibilities (not exclusive):

  • Oversee maintenance of the general ledger in J.D Edwards for management companies and ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial records.

  • Review of bookkeeping prepared by the service provider.

  • Prepare and reconcile inter-company accounts.

  • Coordinate the preparation of quarterly bond reporting.

  • Coordinate the preparation and review of the tax returns, monthly/ annual VAT returns

    prepared by tax advisors.

  • Prepare management accounts, own, and run the quarterly cost allocation process.

    Calculate income fees. Oversee issuance of invoices.

  • Maintain close working relationship with internal stakeholders such as the fund finance

    teams, legal, compliance, treasury, etc.

  • Prepare the Annual Accounts under LuxGaap and UK Gaap.
