Role Overview

The Associate Category Development Manager – Walmart will lead the integration of physical and digital category strategies for Walmart by leveraging the Scintilla platform, along with external data sources such as Numerator and Nielsen, to provide a unified view of the shopper journey. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of category management processes to collaborate with customers and internal teams on assortment, shelf merchandising, and promotional recommendations.
