• Litigation Attorney – General Liability / Transportation Location : Onsite or Hybrid-Remote (San Diego, CA 92130) About the Role : Seeking Litigation Attorney with 1-6+ years of experience to handle general liability (auto, premises liability, construction defect) and complex liability matters for a hard-working, fast-paced, AV-rated law firm.


• Self-starting, solid work ethic candidate with experience in all aspects of litigation required, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery and motions.
• Candidate should have experience taking percipient/party/expert depositions and representing clients in mediations and court hearings.
• Excellent research and writing skills are required.

Key Responsibilities :
