Responsibilities
Represent the organization professionally presenting Serviced Residences' products and services. Engage in daily sales activities, including telemarketing, sales calls, Serviced Residence visits, entertainment, tradeshows, and presentations. Demonstrate proficiency in the sales process: establish rapport, ask open questions, follow up, manage expectations, address conflicts, overcome objections, close deals, and gather post-feedback. Acquire new sales leads / prospects and establish accounts to expand the client base. Foster and develop relationships with existing clients and customers to maintain loyalty. Manage leads, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide appropriate solutions. Utilize company systems and sales tools effectively, including property management system and customer relationship management systems, and booker loyalty where applicable.
