Assistant Vice President MI and Reporting

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President MI and Reporting.

In this role, you will:

• Own the end-to-end MI strategy and reporting framework for the Operations/Account Solution Process portfolio, including standard definitions, thresholds, and cadence.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI/KRI libraries that provide clear, decision‑ready insights.
• Design, automate, and continuously optimise recurring MI reporting to reduce manual effort, improve timeliness, and strengthen controls.
• Deliver high‑quality MI packs and presentations for governance forums (Ops/Process governance, Service Management, Performance & Capacity, ExCo/Risk meetings), with strong narrative and actions.
• Analyse operational performance (volumes, TAT, backlogs, rework, exceptions, SLA breaches) to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes, and recommend actions...
