Assistant Vice President For Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct organizational strategy and operations.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure company goals are met.
• Manage senior leadership teams and foster a culture of excellence.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 5 year experience in General Construction in the same position, mainly in residential construction
• Has excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Can delegate tasks to right personnel and able to reassess the current project status and prioritize activities
