Assistant Vice President Finance

Our client is a fast-growing hospitality company. We’re looking for a high-performance AVP - Finance to take complete ownership of the financial function. This leadership role covers finance strategy, cashflow management, investor relations, reporting, taxation, fundraising, and compliance along with active involvement in financial structuring, forecasting, and operational finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Finance

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Drive strategic planning initiatives and establish KPI frameworks for performance tracking.
• Support business expansion through financial modeling, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning.

Accounting, Audit & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate closure of books in compliance with Ind-AS and Indian GAAP.
