Assistant Training Manager - Hong Kong

In this role, you will be a highly impacted Learning & Development (L&D) professional to own and deliver leadership and culture training programs in Hong Kong, while contributing to regional leadership development initiatives and driving L&D operational excellence.

What You'll do

1. Training Delivery (Hong Kong Focus / Asia region occasionally)

Deliver Leadership Academy programs for first-level leaders

Facilitate Company’s Culture programs.

Conduct Specific training to support business needs

Lead engaging, practical sessions in Cantonese and English

2. Regional Program Co-Development

Partner with Regional Leadership Training Leaders to: Co-develop Leadership Academy content; Adapt programs to evolving business needs
