Assistant Technical Manager

We are seeking a hands‑on and experienced Assistant Technical Manager (Service Team) to support and lead service operations across key client sites in Singapore.

You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability and service excellence for large‑scale Audio‑Visual (AV) and integrated systems deployed across Singapore’s national and iconic projects.

• Assist in managing daily service operations across multiple client sites
• Lead and supervise a team of Service Engineers and Technicians
• Oversee troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and rectification of AV systems
• Provide technical support for complex issues and service escalations
• Ensure timely response and resolution in accordance with service standards
