About the Role
Responsibilities
- Planting crops
- Preparing the land
- Plowing and planting seeds or seedlings
- Irrigating plants (operating irrigation systems or watering plants manually as needed)
- Fertilizing the soil (adding fertilizers and nutrients to ensure healthy crop growth)
- Planting, transplanting and maintaining palm trees (water and fertilize palms according to schedule)
- Previous experience in agriculture, landscaping, or similar field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of palm tree care is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
