About The Role

32 Hours per week. Sunday: 9:45am-5:15pm | Monday: 8:45am-5:15pm | Tuesday - Wednesday: 9:15am-6:15pm

• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as managing the team on the Store Manager's RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily tasks.
• Becoming a BRA‑FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience.
• Learning the Bendon approach, interacting with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.
