About the Role

Job Purpose

The ICT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for controlling and implementing a cabling service on a minor project scale. The IT Services Delivery Manager liaises with the MS business unit coordinator to ensure delivery of projects within timescales and budgets are closely monitored. They also liaise closely with customers, promoting a positive image of the company at all times, and ensure that all relevant processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Operational requirements demand 24‑hour, 365‑day coverage by the team of engineers, and the Manager works with the Contract Manager to ensure adequate resources are available to deliver the expected service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of KPIs and SLAs of the account.
  • Control of budget and accounting for the contract’s profit and loss.
