About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales : To implement strategies that consistently keep the dormitory beds occupied
- Lead Sales Team : To lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Market & Competition Analysis : To conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Client Relationship Management : To strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring steady client retention and high tenancy renewal rate.
- Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and sales strategies.
- Additional Tasks : Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Sales or equivalent.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
