About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Sales : To implement strategies that consistently keep the dormitory beds occupied
  2. Lead Sales Team : To lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  3. Market & Competition Analysis : To conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  4. Client Relationship Management : To strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring steady client retention and high tenancy renewal rate.
  5. Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and sales strategies.
  6. Additional Tasks : Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Sales or equivalent.
