About the Role
1. 协助餐厅经理统筹日常运营管理，包括人员排班、服务流程监督、顾客满意度管理及现场突发事件处理；
2. 负责前厅服务质量管控，指导并培训服务团队执行标准化服务流程，持续提升客户体验；
3. 参与食材验收、库存盘点及成本控制工作，协助优化运营损耗与能耗管理；
4. 支持营销活动落地执行，收集顾客反馈并提出服务或产品改进建议；
5. 配合完成食品安全、消防安全等合规检查，确保营运符合国家餐饮行业规范要求。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上中高端中餐厅前厅或运营岗位工作经验，其中至少1年具备带教或协助管理经验；
3. 熟悉中餐服务标准、宴会接待流程及常见菜系文化背景，能独立应对高客流时段运营压力；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队管理意识，熟练使用基础办公软件；
5. 持有有效健康证明，无食品行业从业限制情形。
