About the Role

Location: Goa, India

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager


  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service during shifts.
  • Supervise service staff on the floor, ensuring orders are taken correctly and guests are attended to promptly.
  • Monitor table service, order punching, and coordination with the kitchen to maintain quick turnaround times.
  • Support staff training and ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve basic complaints on the floor.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of dining areas and service stations.
  • Assist with stock monitoring for service items such as cutlery, crockery, beverages, and takeaway supplies.
  • Use POS systems for order management and basic sales tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
