About the Role
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maximise customer satisfaction
- Assist in increasing restaurant sales and revenue
- Supervise and manage casual and permanent restaurant staff
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant and storerooms
- Support stocktaking processes for operating equipment and Food & Beverage stock
- Ensure accurate billing and charging according to function sheets
- Maintain high operational and service standards at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience within a 4* or 5* hospitality environment
- Strong guest relations and communication skills
- Computer literate in MS Office and Micros
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
