Your impact

Serve as the primary point of contact at the project site, leading the site supervision team and acting as the Client’s Representative.

Monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with design intent, and provide early warnings to the Project Manager and Client regarding potential issues or required decisions.

Evaluate and approve contractor payment applications, certify completed work, and ensure unsatisfactory or incomplete work is excluded.

Review and approve construction methodologies, inspection test plans, and perform final inspections prior to full certification of works.
