Assistant Residence Manager - Student Accomodation

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the daily management of the residence and facilities
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and refurbishments
Ensure compliance with health & safety (OHS) regulations
Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers

Handle student queries, complaints, and correspondence
Support student applications, leasing, move-ins, and move-outs
Ensure adherence to residence policies and house rules
Maintain accurate student records and documentation

Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and documentation
Track contract processes and ensure proper approvals
Support vacancy management and occupancy tracking

Assist with budgeting and expense control
Monitor occupancy levels and vacancy schedules
Support monthly reporting and management packs
