About the Role

            What will you do? Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person:
With the guidance of the Senior Property Manager, establish and maintain a professional working relationship with tenants by responding to all requests in a prompt and courteous manner;

Monitor DreamPlus as required and dispatch requests to Operators;

Maintain insurance binders for designated properties and ensure tenant insurance certificates are current, compliant, and in accordance with the relevant terms of the lease;

Assist with the preparation of tenant communication;

Assist as necessary in the coordination and administration of property initiatives, including sustainability and environmental initiatives, building maintenance and repairs programs, capital improvement projects, and leasehold improvements;
