ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Responsible for the project quality and safety plan . Monitoring the sub-contractor schedules . Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on projects . Updating and alerting Project Manager on delays and suggesting ways to expedite progress and catch up on delays . Scheduling programs and weekly/monthly basis updates . Perform schedule monitoring and updating on construction schedules preparation of periodic progress reports with commitments and forecast . Monitor project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures and templates through project audits Requirements: . Degree in Civil Engineering . Possess relevant experience in managing Singapore construction projects (LTA/MRT) . Ability to manage schedule or planning on building works . Profession in building projects . At least 5 years of experience in LTA / MRT projects . Must be literate in English and have experience using computer software, and Microsoft office such as Microsoft word, exc...
