Lead the end-to-end project management for Smart City and network services projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Actively support bidding activities for new service and project acquisition, contributing technical and project management expertise to secure new contracts
Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating project implementation between internal teams, external customers, contractors, and third-party entities like building management offices
Oversee daily project activities, including reviewing implementation progress with teams, managing resources, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure seamless operations
Support the development and enhancement of systems and workflows to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all involved parties
