Our Nashville Client serves commercial and light industrial clients in a number of different industry segments with their most trusted industrial developments in a multitude of markets.
We want to talk to you about what makes them special and how they will be one of the more dominant GC leaders in the region very soon! Brief Snapshot of Requirements: Commercial addition/remodel/TI projects.
Mostly commercial/industrial project base.
Must have 3-5+ yearsor more of PM construction experience. Bachelors degree required
Construction PM experience required (not consider IT industry)
No required software experience- open to all formats as training will be provided.
Local candidates only - will not compensate for relocation. Position Details:
