Position : Assistant Project Manager (Architecture/Construction)
Location : Ubi / Client Site
Working hours : 5.5 days/ 8 hours
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7500 + AWS + Transport Claims + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities: Lead full project team to deliver within time, quality, and cost
Develop and maintain detailed project plans
Manage deliverables, scope, changes, issues, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional resolution and communication with main contractor

Evaluate project outcomes and support dissemination activities
Work closely with client to meet business needs
Certify subcontractors' progress claims
Perform other project engineering/management tasks
