Assistant Production Coordinator

Position Summary

The Assistant Production Coordinator supports the production team in tracking, coordinating, and executing key production activities from development handoff through final delivery. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to build a foundation in apparel production, working closely with Production Coordinators and the Senior Production Manager to ensure on-time delivery of quality goods across the companys product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Timeline Support

Assist in tracking all production stages from pre-production through final delivery (WIP, in-transit, and completed orders)

Help maintain and update T&A calendars to support adherence to key milestones

Support monitoring of delivery schedules and flag potential risks to on-time shipment

Assist in preparing and distributing production status updates and WIP reports
