Responsibilities

• Assist outlet manager in managing daily restaurant & kitchen operations.
• Execute product & sales promotion activities.
• Draft and arrange staff schedules.
• Educate staff on menu, products and services.
• Perform stock checks and order inventory to maintain par stock.
• Open and close outlets, and take over shifts as needed.
• Verify and submit staff attendance promptly.
• Conduct staff grooming and retention activities.
• Maintain a comfortable & conducive outlet environment.

Qualifications
