Your Role

As Assistant Manager at La Cava you will oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, and a consistently elevated atmosphere.

• Oversee daily operations of La Cava ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
• Lead the team on the floor maintaining service rituals and brand/LQA standards
• Develop and coach the team through training, performance management, and structured development plans
• Drive revenue and profitability through upselling, cost control, and performance monitoring
• Manage guest relationships including VIP recognition, guest recovery, and loyalty initiatives
• Support and execute curated events, including wine tastings and private experiences
