Core Responsibilities Operational and Process ImprovementIdentify operational bottlenecks and improve workflows to reduce costs, increase productivity and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Team LeadershipAssist with the training and supervision of employees. Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with established Key Performance Indicators, operational procedures and workplace standards.
