About the Role

Job Responsibilities The position supports the company’s daily operational, manpower, procurement and compliance requirements. The role involves both administrative duties and hands‑on operational work. 
Core Responsibilities Operational and Process Improvement Identify operational bottlenecks and improve workflows to reduce costs, increase productivity and enhance overall operational efficiency. 
Team Leadership Assist with the training and supervision of employees. Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with established Key Performance Indicators, operational procedures and workplace standards. 
Resource Allocation and Procurement Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supplies and carry out basic procurement duties to ensure that ingredients, equipment and operational resources are available when required.
