The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the All-Day Dining restaurant, In-Room Dining, Bar, and Nursing Home foodservice operations, including IDDSI-compliant meal services.

This role focuses on operational execution, team supervision, compliance with food safety and healthcare standards, and delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences across all service areas.

Operations & Service Execution

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of All-Day Dining, In-Room Dining, Bar, and Nursing Home foodservice.
  • Supervise service teams during shifts to ensure smooth operations and adherence to service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and support teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent service delivery.
