About the Role

            Responsibilities  Programme and Service Management & Development  Lead the design and implementation of sector initiatives that strengthen charities' capacity to champion community‑driven philanthropy and volunteering at board, executive, and practitioner levels. 
Build strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities with community partners, internal and external stakeholders, corporates, government regulators and grant makers to expand our reach. 
Work closely with non‑profit C‑suite leaders to facilitate board/committee volunteer recruitment, matches and placements through our flagship CNPL BoardMatch service, to strengthen board diversity and governance. 
Facilitate and engage charity C‑suite leaders, chairpersons, board members to evaluate and identify performance gaps through the CNPL BoardPulse2.0 self‑assessment tool.
