Job Summary
- Supervising and managing Marine Claims in the following areas: Management & Administration; Performance Management; Fraud Management; Claims services; Functional business analyst; Claims processing & assessment
Key Responsibilities
- To perform the following duties for the respective units under Claims Specialty.
- Distribution of tasks based on quantity and expertise.
- Organizing production of work and workforce i.e. productivity, allocation of resources.
- Providing guidance, direction, leadership and support to subordinates.
- People development for succession planning and personal career growth.
- Monitor outstanding claims file with Adjusters and / or Solicitors.
- Prepare report for internal monitoring of TAT and claims ratio.
- Confirm coverage and assess claims.
