Role Purpose

To plan, deliver, and manage effective training programs across PAN India, ensuring consistent capability building, LMS adoption, and performance improvement aligned with business and brand objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure training content delivery align with organizational learning objectives, SOPs, and brand standards.
  • Drive LMS adoption and continuous learning culture across PAN India.
  • Coordinate with HR, HODs, AMs, and RMs for training needs, feedback, and performance improvement.
  • Maintain training documentation, reports, and compliance as per HR and business requirements.
