A strategic and hands-on Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition who owns the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT hiring across functions — building sourcing strategies, partnering with business heads, and driving quality hiring outcomes through data and process rigor.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


TA Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end TA lifecycle
  • Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define roles & closure timelines
  • Design multi-channel sourcing strategies — portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, campuses
  • Drive closures within TAT/SLA benchmarks; maintain pipelines for critical roles

Candidate Experience & Offers

  • Oversee full interview cycle — scheduling, feedback, timely communication
  • Maintain proactive candidate engagement to minimise drop-offs
  • Lead offer negotiations within approved bands and market benchmarks
