  • Ensures that all team members deliver a high level of guest service at all times.
  • Handles all customer issues and queries in a polite and efficient manner, ensuring problems are resolved properly and within reasonable time frames.
  • Works with the Outlet manager and supervisors to train team members in guest service skills.
  • Reports customer issues to the Directors.
  • Oversees the preparation and update of training materials.
  • Ensures restaurant standards have been implemented at an international level.
  • Monitors operations and schedules and manages team effectively and efficiently in both peak periods and low business periods.
  • Checks customer satisfaction on a daily basis and reports back to the Directors daily.
