This position manages all aspects of the department. As an Assistant Manager, you are expected to carry out your assigned responsibilities in a professional manner. These responsibilities are designed to ensure that a high level of production is maintained in a safe and economical way. Your effective use of manpower and/or equipment has a direct bearing on the cost of production and therefore the final price of our products. Your responsibilities include management as well as improving safety, cost, quality, delivery and morale. You will be expected to coordinate efforts of staff to implement activities for such improvements.
