Assistant Manager / Manager, Supply Chain Excellence (9-Months Contract)

The Assistant Manager/Manager, Supply Chain Excellence will co‑lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) agenda across the region, focusing on Supply Chain Performance Management and Analytics to deliver measurable improvements across the Supply Chain organisation.

• Owning the regional Supply Chain KPI framework (e.g. On‑Shelf Availability, Supplier Fill Rate, Inventory Health, Days of Inventory, Depreciation, Forecast Accuracy, etc.)
• Challenging and improving performance with clear targets and a glidepath on key Supply Chain metrics through regular, structured cross‑functional reviews
• Leading the Supply Chain digitalization and advanced analytics roadmap by working closely with the Supply Chain Data Analyst on the design, deployment and automation of performance management tools, dashboards and insights
