Assistant Manager / Manager, Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases for various type of testing.
• Lead and manage a team of QA to deliver high quality results.
• Continue improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure SLA compliance by ensuring all testing activities completed within agreed timelines.
• Monitor individual performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree preferably in technology related discipline such as Computer Science or Information Systems
• Proven experiences as QA Lead, with at least 5 years of experience in related field
• Strong hands-on experience in manual and automated testing
• Advanced skills in MS excel and Power BI to write complex queries, analyze large set of data and provide insights info report
