About the Role

The incumbent will be part of the Advisory team with theTripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP).

Job responsibilities
  • Provide advisory services on fair employment practices, labour legislations and workplace fairness issues through all touchpoints (over email,phone, video conference and in person);
  • Advise customers on matters related to employment disputes, including discrimination cases and give guidance onoptions and possible recourse to the disputes and follow through until case closure;
  • Assess contractual terminations, involuntary resignations on wrongful dismissal, including those related to workplace discrimination and follow through until case closure;
  • Engage, assess and follow up with companies to ensure that their employment practices are fair;
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer-related databases for collation and reporting purposes;
