Assistant Manager- Legal

Experience: 7-10 years

Location: Chennai


Job Responsibilities:

Contract drafting, reviewing, vetting and negotiation

Review of contracts with Clients NDAs, MSAs, SOWs

Review and preparation of Agreements to be entered into with Vendors

Contribute and enhance the organization s legal processes, leading to improved risk management, enhanced compliance, efficient legal operations

Understanding of license agreements, software development.

Co-ordinate and assist fellow team members in daily operations


Looking at Legal professionals with 7+ years of experience working in a Corporate setup with excellent communication skills
