Key Responsibilities
Lead 360 business analysis on client engagements, including requirements gathering, current-state assessment, gap analysis, and solution design
Drive delivery of functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and other project needs
Lead and deliver business and IT consulting projects within the insurance industry, ensuring high-quality execution and strong client satisfaction.
