About the Role

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR regulations Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives Partner closely with department heads to support business objectives and workforce planning Handle employee relations matters and resolve HR-related issues effectively Review, improve, and optimise HR policies, strategies, and processes
