About the Role

The Assistant Manager supervises restaurant staff and daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained. Schedules and supervises staff.

Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position.

Summary of Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to, the following):

  • Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Shift Lead as outlined in the Shift Lead Position description including providing a great customer experience while making sandwiches, operating the register, and following all food and sanitation guidelines.
  • As needed, supervises food preparation to ensure that food safety and operations standards are maintained.
