Assistant Manager (Derivative Operations)

Description

The Assistant Manager – Derivative Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end derivatives operations, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and accounting activities. The role requires strong knowledge of derivative products, SWIFT messaging, and financial accounting principles while ensuring operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge and working experience on derivative products, Swift, Accounting & MS Excel.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Derivative Operations / Capital Markets Operations.

Strong Knowledge of

• Derivative products (FX, Interest Rate Swaps*** Options, Futures)
• Trade lifecycle management
• Hands‑on experience with MS Excel (advanced functions, reconciliation, reporting)
• Experience in reconciliation and exception management
• Exposure to banking / financial services environment
