Assistant Manager CS & IMS Planning Engineer

Overview

The role is responsible for the planning, capacity dimensioning, traffic forecasting and technology roadmap of NSS, CS Core and IMS network domains. The incumbent will drive network expansion planning, vendor evaluation, design documentation and regulatory compliance, while actively contributing to automation and AI/ML-enabled innovation that improves planning accuracy, efficiency and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

Capacity Planning & Traffic Forecasting:

• Perform capacity planning, traffic modelling and dimensioning of NSS, CS Core and IMS nodes — including HSS/vHSS, UDM, SPS, MSC Server, MGW, GMGW, SBC and other IMS/CS Core elements — based on traffic trends, subscriber growth and service forecasts.
• Conduct annual traffic and subscriber forecasting to plan timely network expansions across NSS, CS Core and IMS domains.
