About the Role

To provide support on system development initiatives, manage projects & development processes from end-to-end, product development research and support as well as analysis relating to intermediary journey, system/services.

Responsibilities

  • Business Requirements and Coordination:
  • Identify and articulate business needs, translating them into clear IT system and service requirements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Provide UI UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing support for system development initiatives, including SAT development and product UATs.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Serve as the key responsible for the UI implementation of SAT for retail products.
