Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

The Role

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overall management and daily operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager (including periods of sickness and holidays).
• Ensure all procedures and policies are followed to guarantee the smooth running of the store.
• Assist with the recruitment and development of a high-performing team.
• Manage stock control, including placing food and other key orders.
