**Reports to** : Director, Amazon Account Lead – Brand Cluster
What You’ll Do:
As an **Assistant Manager, Amazon Site Merchandising** , you will play a strategic role in managing and optimizing our product catalog and brand presence on Amazon for a cluster of brands. You will own content and merchandising strategy for your assigned portfolio, leveraging data and customer insights to identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and improve business performance. Working cross-functionally with brand, marketing, supply chain, and Amazon partners, you will help deliver a best-in-class customer experience while driving traffic, conversion, and retail sales growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and possesses strong analytical thinking, using performance insights to translate opportunities into measurable business results.
