Assistant Manager, Allied Health Admin - Alexandra Hospital

Overview.

The incumbent will be responsible to provide operational and administrative support for assigned allied health department(s) to achieve expected outcomes in various areas patient's service experience, meeting financial targets set, project management, on-the-ground troubleshooting and risk and business continuity management. Incumbent may also be assigned reportee to develop his or her leadership capabilities.

Job Responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities (80%)

1. Responsible for daily operations of assigned allied health departments, including front counter services, partnering Allied Health Leads and all other staff working within the department to solve system and process problems.

2. Ensure systems and processes are in accordance with HAP/SOP/Work Instructions and periodic reviews and updates of relevant documents
