About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Advise students and parents regarding admissions, entry requirements, enrolment processes, subject selection, requisites, credit transfers, programme transfers, progression, registration in e‑Learn, and graduation procedures.
  • Conduct orientation briefing for students.
  • Confirm the eligibility of students for graduation by reviewing the data obtained from central student records system.
  • Manage and respond to matters pertaining to student administration.
  • Oversee and support general school operations, administration, and ensure all documents meet MQA and ISO requirements.
  • Support the development, compilation and review of the school’s website and promotional materials, such as marketing booklet, programme handbook and prospectus.
  • Provide support for new academic development initiatives and existing undergraduate programmes in the school.
